In Flux is defined as a continuous movement or passing by, constant change, a theory of change or quantity of movement. These artists have in common the development of a personal space peculiar to the open ended language of abstraction. All is dependent on an individual experience that is unknown but understood through the senses. It is phenomenological in essence. The sustained practice of painting does not reside in a static object, for these artists it is a receptacle for experience, it can hold anything.

Curator: Pam Cardwell. Artists: Pam Cardwell, Ryan Cobourn, Molly Herman, Kayla Mohammadi, Carrie Patterson, Gabriel Phipps, Melissa Staiger.
