My 90-year-old mother, Barbara, lives on the bottom two floors, and my wife, Alice, and our daughter, Eden, and I live on the top two floors. Alice and I are both writers, she in television and movies, me in books. Eleven-year-old Eden goes to 75 Morton, the new public middle school of which I am an involved participant as a member of the School Leadership Team.
