City and Country School Launches Community Strategic Planning Survey
City and Country School, in partnership with Ian Symmonds & Associates, has launched a community-wide survey as a key step in its strategic planning process for the future of the school.
The survey invites students, families, faculty, and staff to share their perspectives on three core areas: the school’s strengths, areas for growth, and priorities for the future. Participants are encouraged to keep responses brief, focusing on single words or short phrases and reflecting broad, school-wide insights rather than feedback on individual classes or personnel. Respondents are asked to share direct answers without explanation, with additional space provided for optional comments at the end of the survey.
The survey takes approximately 10–20 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and will be reported to the school only in aggregate form.
“Community input is essential to this process,” said Frank Patti, Principal. “This survey gives us a critical opportunity to hear directly from those who know the school best and to ensure their perspectives meaningfully shape our future.”
The survey is now open to the entire City and Country School community and will close on March 11, 2026.
