Spring Fair: The Y2K Edition

Step back in time as our campus transforms for this Y2K celebration filled with food, face painting, dancing, crafts, and yard games. A beloved annual tradition, this festive, casual evening is fun for the whole family.

Join us for the Spring Fair and get ready to party like it is 2000!

Friday, May 1
5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
The Yards

This year, we will offer an early entry for Lower School families to enter at 4:30 p.m. with Middle and Upper School families entering at 5:00 p.m. Though the fair continues until 8:00 p.m., we have front-loaded the festivities with younger children in mind. Arrive early, enjoy the fun, and still get your younger children home in time. This year’s highlights include Y2K-themed games, a cozy lounge reserved especially for our graduating XIIIs, and the return of the legendary C&C Cake Fair

Thank you to all of the Parents Association volunteers for bringing this epic evening to life!

Frequenty Asked Questions

What does our ticket cost include?

Spring Fair ticket pricing is all-inclusive, so the $50 ticket covers entry and all food, non-alcoholic drinks, and activities for one adult or child. Think Harvest Festival, but with a Y2K twist!

Special consideration is extended to our youngest, with opportunities designed just for them and an earlier entry time of 4:30 p.m..

Activities include:

  • Food
  • Face painting
  • Games
  • Dancing
  • Arts and crafts
  • A special, reserved area for our XIIIs
  • And, of course, cake.
How do we participate in the cake tradition?
One of the long-standing (and most delicious) Spring Fair traditions is the Cake Fair, a display of creativity, imagination, and icing. Remember, all cakes must be entirely nut-free. Here's how to enter:
  1. Bake a cake and come up with a fun name at home. You can incorporate the Y2K theme if you want!
  2. Drop the cake off in the Lunchroom the morning of Friday, May 1.
  3. Get ready to enjoy at the posted times during the Spring Fair!
