Annual Benefit

The C&C community came together on Thursday, March 16, at our Annual Benefit to celebrate our School and our community, and so far raised nearly $275,000 for financial aid.

So many parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends supported our commitment to creating a deeply engaged, diverse, and inclusive C&C. It is always inspirational to come together in community, especially toward a common end, and last night was no exception. In addition to the evening being very meaningful, it was also a lot of fun. The Challenge for Financial Aid was livened up by jokes and karaoke, and music from two parent DJs—Mike Delaney ’91 and Alan Ramos—really got the party started.

Thanks to all of you who contributed to the event in so many ways, attended, and gave so generously. Special thanks to the Benefit Committee, co-chaired by Monique Meneses and Jane Tarica, who created an amazing evening. Helping Monique and Jane—in addition to DJs Alan and Mike—were Ruth Doppelt, Ingrid Goodhart, Amanda Klein Koenigsberg, and Pauline Koningsveld. Much gratitude is owed to Daniela Diletto for creating all of the design elements for the event, to Kevin Gillespie for putting those elements into practice in all the signage and print materials, and to Tanhya Schimel for creating a design vision for the evening. Thanks also to Margaret Grossman and Emily Lerer for co-chairing the raffle of special C&C experiences, which have made a lot of students very happy!
