What are the camp dates, pricing, and hours?

Select one week, two , or three weeks of camp:

  • Session I: June 15-June18
  • Session II: June 22-June 26 
  • Session III: June 29-July 2

Program Hours:

  • Half Day: 9:00 a.m. (drop off) – 12:00 p.m. (pick up)

  • Full Day: 9:00 a.m. (drop off) – 3:00 p.m. (pick up)

Extended Year for IIs and IIIs is led by C&C teachers, folks your child knows and loves.

What are the ages of the campers in IIs and IIIs Extended Year?

IIs and IIIs Extended Year is for 2025-26 C&Cers currently enrolled in IIs or IIIs. Up to 23 campers will be enrolled each week. 

Campers who are now four-years-old are also eligible to register for Summer iCamp at C&C, which offers up to 10 weeks!

What's a typical day at camp?

Who is ready for summer fun?! 

Camp starts at 9:00 a.m. with pick up at noon. Here's a peek at the schedule: 

9:00 a.m. It starts with a splash, 
Start the day with refreshing water play! Come dressed in swimwear for an hour of sprinkler fun and water table exploration in the IIs Yard. It’s a perfect way to embrace summer mornings.
10:00 a.m. powers up with a snack,
A quick change into dry clothes followed by a nutritious school-provided snack to power up campers for the exciting activities ahead.
10:15 a.m. puts a song in our hearts,
Circling up to sing songs is a favorite extension from the school year. Here, stories will spark imagination and social games will build friendships and emotional skills.
10:30 a.m. develops new skills,

Each day brings something new and exciting: 

  • Lively Spanish songs with Marianela
  • Fascinating science experiments 
  • Hands-on cooking projects
  • Creative weaving 
  • And more!
11:00 a.m. and enriches the familiar.
From block building to clay sculpting to paper projects and more, campers will further build motor skills while following their natural curiosity.
Plus: Special seasonal events like the Strawberry Festival!
What should we bring to camp?

Campers should arrive each morning in a bathing suit with clothes over it and sunscreen already applied.

Please label all items to help us keep track throughout the day:

  • Towel

  • Change of clothes, including underwear

  • Sunscreen

  • Water shoes

  • Water bottle

  • Diapers (and swim diapers) if needed

  • Lovey/comfort object

  • Photo of family

Where will Extended Year be held?

Extended year activities will be held in areas familiar to your child, including the:

  • IIs Classrooms
  • IIs Yard
  • Roof Yard
Will there be food? If so, who provides it?
  • Nut-free Morning Snack: Provided by C&C
Tell me more about diapering and toileting.
Our teachers will continue the warm, supportive approach you know from the school year—whether your child is in diapers, potty training, or using the toilet independently.
Will there be a nurse on staff? What about health forms?
School nurse Anita Thomas, who some of you already know, will be working at the camp. We will use the health forms you submitted for the school year—no need to submit new ones.  For health-related questions, please contact nurseanita@cityandcountry.org.

 

Something has come up! Do you have a refund policy?
So that we can plan for the best possible summer, we can accept cancellations through May 16, 2026. After that date you will be billed the full amount even if you cancel your registration.
